When providing support and not seeing what is happening on the screen is often a challenge. This is made easier these days by the use of remote admin tools. Microsoft have also added another useful tool in Windows 7 called the Problem Step Recorder. This records the user activity and saves to a zip file and can be sent through New Zealand Computing Solutions for us solve the issue. To start this application click the start button and click run and type psr and hit enter.
