Just when I thought there was no more you could do with Microsoft’s Office products to make them better out comes a new version which has some fantastic, simple additions which increase my productivity. I heard a comment recently which was along the lines of the English language has really changed in hundred of years so what more do you need. In some ways I agree.

I spend a lot of time in Outlook every minute that can be saved or function which can streamline my process is a major benefit to our business. The new quick steps menu which are like shortcut rules make filing your emails a breeze. They help you run your inbox better, ensuring things are not overlooked and performing super quick actions.
